Here at QTC, we are also passionately committed to seeing women equipped for gospel ministry. Our Panel for Equipping Women (made up of the Principal, Vice Principal and a range of experienced, godly women from the QTC community) oversees the encouragement, growth and development of female students for a range of paid and volunteer ministry roles.
Some of the ways we do this is through regular connecting lunches, prayer and sharing together, discussing theological, ministry and cultural articles, sharing lives and facilitating catching up one to one with women experienced in ministry. There are also opportunities to develop skills in giving Bible talks.”
QTC Women exists to help all women associated with college to have a sense of belonging to QTC. We want to look for opportunities to encourage each other to keep going and keep growing until we see Jesus face-to-face. Our expectation is that God can and will use us in each other’s lives in a gospel-shaped way.
We want to make sure women in our college community are cared for and supported, and our team is reviewing how we keep doing that well.
