Choosing Your Course to Study

As an Affiliated College of Australian College of Theology (CRICOS 02650E), QTC is approved to teach a great range of ACT courses for a great range of people. When choosing a course you need to consider how much time you can afford to spend studying (ranging from 1 semester to 3 years full-time), whether you need to study full-time or part-time, and importantly what you are hoping to use your study for – that is, which area of ministry you would like to serve in in future. Your choice of course will also be influenced by factors such as your OP (for students under 21), or whether or not you have a uni degree already. If you are currently studying at UQ or QUT, you may also be able to study some units at QTC and get credit for these as part of your course – see here for more details. To get more of an idea of what is involved if you successfully enrol in a course check out our Life at QTC page.

Pathways at QTC

We long to see the gospel go to the four corners of the earth, starting here. We want every minute spent at QTC to equip you for a lifetime of serving. We believe that any of our courses provide a rigorous and biblical grounding for a lifetime of gospel work. In addition, we've designed Pathways that are a recommended guide for students in their journey, from commencing study to graduating to be equipped as a gospel-driven leader for the challenging road that lies ahead.
