We believe one of the most vital ministries in the life of the church is teaching our children to live gospel-shaped lives. Our children’s ministry units are designed specifically with children’s ministry workers in the local church in mind.

For those who really want to get the best possible preparation for future ministry, we offer the option of studying four years full-time with QTC. The four-year course option is designed for those who would like to broaden and deepen their theological training beyond the level possible within a three-year MDiv. QTC has a wide range of electives that can be taken in the fourth year of study.
This course is intended to be a general purpose award to provide students who are already graduates with an opportunity to undertake study at an advanced level of selected units in the teaching departments of Bible and Languages, Christian Thought and History and Ministry and Practice. It will serve either as an introduction to the study of Theology and Ministry by allowing students to sample units from a range of disciplines or as a means of developing a subject specialism by allowing students to select units from one or two disciplines.
Keen to be better equipped to serve God in your church, workplace, home? Are you in a part-time or associate ministry role, and would like some theological training and a recognized qualification? Thinking that you should be training for ministry, but aren’t yet sure whether a three or four year theological degree is right for you?
The Master of Theological Studies (MTS) is a coursework Masters award designed for graduates in theological or other disciplines.
QTC’s aim is to provide top class theological training that faithfully applies the Word of God to the real world. We seek to do this as a real living Christian community, and as part of a wider Christian fellowship here in Brisbane.
We acknowledge with respect the Traditional Custodians of this land on which we now meet. In his wisdom and love, our Heavenly Father gave it to the Turrbal and Jegera people (see Acts 17:26). On this land, they met for generations before the coming of British settlers. As we now live together here, we pray that God would reconcile and unite us in a knowledge of his Son, Jesus Christ.
QTC is a ministry of the Presbyterian Church of Queensland and is an affiliated college of the Australian University of Theology. (Australian University of Theology CRICOS CODE 02650E)
