Queensland Theological College is looking to appoint a full-time lecturer, with the position available from January 2021. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and committed team, training students who are graduating to serve in a growing variety of ministries and contexts.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
• A passion for serving the Kingdom of God through theological education in the Queensland context in particular, with an eye to the global mission of God;
• The capacity to teach New Testament studies to advanced postgraduate level, including completion of a relevant doctorate of high standard or being in the late stages of relevant doctoral work;
• Ability to teach in another area(s) and/or possession of other skills and experience (particularly in training preachers) that are valuable to the life and ministry of a theological college are highly desirable;
• A commitment to the theological position, ethos and ministry training philosophy of QTC.
