Customer Service Policy & - Refund Policy

Where cancellations are received in writing at least one week before the start of an event, registration fees will be refunded, less a processing fee of $4.00 for one day events and $20 for annual conferences.  After that no refunds will be permitted.  Another person may be substituted.  In the event that an event is cancelled, the Queensland Theological College (QTC) will fully refund registration.  All transactions are processed in $AUD.

Your information is used for event administration and keeping you up-to-date on future events here at QTC.
