Enrolment Procedures
When you enrol to study with QTC, you must fill out an Australian College of Theology (ACTh) Enrolment form, which is forwarded to the ACTh after processing at QTC. New students studying with QTC for the first time should post or hand your form to the QTC Office by the 15th of November (if commencing in Semester 1) or the 15th of June (if starting in Semester 2). Continuing students should post or hand in their completed form by the 1st of February (for Semester 1) and the 30th of June (for Semester 2). Enrolment FormsTo enrol, fill in the appropriate forms completely and attach your student transcripts. Post the forms to:QUEENSLAND THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE ACT Enrolment Form (for New and Continuing Students) QTC Enrolment Forms are given out after approval by Principal and the Registrar FeesFees are due in advance for each semester's subjects. For the current fees, please see the current fees schedule below. In semester 1, fees are due on 28th of February, in semester 2, they are due on 31st of July. The total fee that you pay for each subject is made up of two components: a fee for tuition, library use and other services provided by QTC, and an ACT admin fee. Both amounts are payable at the same time - the 28th of February or the 31st of July, depending on the semester. The total fee per subject in 2010 is $990 for BTh, BMin and AssocDegTh students, and $1090 for MDiv and GradDipDiv students. QTC fees differ according to which course you enrol in, eg. fees for the MDiv or GradDipDiv are slightly higher than for the BTh, BMin and Associate Degree. ACTh Admin Fees (mentioned above) are part of the total fee you pay per subject to QTC. Almost all ACTh subjects are worth 4 credit points and run for a semester.
