Enrolment Procedures

Australian Residents Imagery

When you enrol to study with QTC, you must fill out an Australian College of Theology (ACTh) Enrolment form, which is forwarded to the ACTh after processing at QTC.

New students studying with QTC for the first time should post or hand your form to the QTC Office by the 15th of November (if commencing in Semester 1) or the 15th of June (if starting in Semester 2).

Continuing students should post or hand in their completed form by the 1st of February (for Semester 1) and the 30th of June (for Semester 2).

To enrol, fill in the appropriate forms completely and attach your student transcripts.

QTC Enrolment Forms are given out after approval by Principal and the Registrar

Fees

Fees are due in advance for each semester's subjects. For the current fees, please see the current fees schedule below.  In semester 1, fees are due on 28th of February, in semester 2, they are due on 31st of July.

The total fee that you pay for each subject is made up of two components: a fee for tuition, library use and other services provided by QTC, and an ACT admin fee. Both amounts are payable at the same time - the 28th of February or the 31st of July, depending on the semester.
