This will help to determine whether college is the right step for you at this time. We will also talk with you about entry requirements and which course best suits you. Step 3The Registrar will then talk with you about the process of coming to college and the next few steps. You will also be asked to supply a reference from your pastor confirming that, in their view, training at college is the right step for you. Step 4If your application is successful you will be supplied with an Australian College of Theology (ACT) enrolment form. This needs to be returned to the Registrar within two weeks where possible, as well as a passport photo (for your student ID card), and a Fee-Help form if you are using Fee-Help. You must apply for any cross-credits by the start of your first Semester at QTC. Send your completed forms, student transcripts, ID photo, and Fee-Help form to QUEENSLAND THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE P.O. The total fee that you pay for each subject is made up of two components: a fee for tuition, library use and other services provided by QTC, and an ACT admin fee. Applications for Study at QTC – How Late do We Accept These?Applications to QTC can be made at any time of the year. Those applications received before Nov 15 (for study in First Semester) and June 15 (for study in Second Semester) can normally be processed rapidly and a decision given well before your intended start date. Applications received after this date need to include a processing fee of $30, in order to cover additional costs associated with later applications. QTC regrets that it is unable to admit students to a course where their intended start date (first day of classes) is two weeks or less after the date that their application has been received. Overseas students should submit their applications by Oct 15 (for study in First Semester) and April 15 (for study in Second Semester), or earlier where they are coming from countries where Australian visas tend to take long periods to be processed – contact your relevant Australian embassy or consulate for details and advice.
