Step 1 - Contact the Registrar at QTC and make an appointment to meet with the Principal to discuss your next step - This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Step 2 - The Principal and another member of the college staff will talk with you about coming to college. This will help to determine whether college is the right step for you at this time. We will also talk with you about entry requirements and which course best suits you. Step 3 - The Registrar will then talk with you about the process of coming to college and the next few steps. You will also be asked to supply a reference from your pastor confirming that, in their view, training at college is the right step for you. Step 4 - Closing date for applications is the 15th of November in the year prior to when you hope to start your training. Overseas students should apply at least one month prior to this date. Step 5 - Make sure you post or email the ACT enrolment form to the Registrar by 1st December, as well as a passport photo (for your student ID card) plus a Fee-Help form if you are using Fee-Help. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you have any questions. Step 6 - Check the QTC website for details of Semester Dates, weekly class times, and the Advance Retreat in mid-February. You will receive a confirmation of enrolment letter by the first day of Semester. Step 7 - Please pay your fees by the end of Week 2 of the Semester, unless you have already filled out a Fee-Help form. You will receive a student/ library card during the first two weeks of classes. |
